Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The product should be unused, undamaged, and include all original labels.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@thebabybag.se. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Indicate if the item is for a return or an exchange.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

Once the returned item is received at our or our partner’s warehouse and confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will process your refund or dispatch the replacement item. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@thebabybag.se.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
